I never quite realized just how much body jewellery there was out there, from waist and thigh chains to anklets and arm cuffs, and how good it all looks. A simple chain added to an outfit can create such a statement that reinvents you whole look. Add the sun in the mix and you have your summer statements. These are my favourite body jewellery pieces I need in my life and so do you.

Okay, so you know that feeling when you know that pay day is coming, and you are counting down the days and hours until you can buy everything and anything (within reason obviously...) from that very long list of things you most definitely need to buy. Well this is the top five of mine...
1. A TRIANGL Bikini
This classic Triangl bikini is definitely a favourite of mine, and its mainly because of the colour. This bright pastel blue/turquoise colour is perfect for the summer weather and seems to compliment my skin tone nicely, as well as automatically making me look tanned (BONUS!)
2. PublicDesire shoes
Obviously I love every shoe that is of PublicDesire origin, but these in particular caught my attention. I'm all about a classic heeled stiletto, they are perfect for everything! But this Leona heeled sandal design has cut out back detail, its white and a gold effect toe! Talk about an all in one, did I also mention its only £24.99! How could you not love them.
3. St. Tropez Gradual Tan In Shower
Everything about this product just screams purchase me! The huge surge of positive reviews have made this an essential product to try.The easy streak free application in the shower and moisturizing qualities make it sound soo desirable. Plus, everyone loves an easy tan, giving you a healthy sun kissed glow.
4.Miss Selfridge Striped Shirt Dress
A shirt dress has way more many uses than you may first think, it sounds so casual I know. But many now with the new styles and materials means they are so versatile. You can dress them up in heels and a clutch, or dress down in sandals and a bikini. This particular shirt dress stood out to me because of the striped pattern, stripes are so big this summer and well.. every summer, so you can't go wrong!
5. RiverIsland Mini Tote Bag
Now I actually have a similar black one to this, but thought a new summer handbag was needed. At the moment, you may be able to tell that white and gold is my favourite combination for the summer, and this bag would definitely be a perfect addition to the wardrobe collection. The plain colour pallette means that it will match with basically everything.

Seeing as I have recently returned to sixth form for my final year
before venturing into the big wide world. I thought I would do a little 'back
to school' post.
At the moment I have had quite an obsession over the houndstooth
print, which has recently grown on me very quickly. So it was agenising when it
came to finding the perfect houndtooth skirt for the upcoming seasons! Have you
had this much trouble? I scoured the
shops in hope of finding that one perfect skirt that matches the vivid image
created in your mind of how it will look on the hanger and on you. Luckily, I
came across this New Look skirt and fell in love! I will say it again, I love
this skirt! The shape and fit is perfect, as well as the notches to make it
very accessible to move in. The houndstooth print, along with the mini skirt
are trends set to take autumn and winter by storm! I think this purchase is
very on trend and should definitely get a lot of wear! It is also going to help
with the transition from summer to autumn.
So for today’s look I paired the houndstooth mini skirt with a plain
black crop top. This is because the main focus of the outfit is aimed at the printed
skirt. So by keeping everything else quite minimal, all the focus is directed
towards your statement piece.
However, I accessorized this look by adding a silver chain necklace
and several rings/midi rings. I further added a little colour in my nail polish
and opted for darker lips to suit the autumn weather.

Overall, I feel this outfit has a certain ‘back to school’ vibe.
Probably because in a sense it has quite a smart casual look going on. With the
mini skirt and top, a blazer would certainly add to that vibe and create a
perfect first day outfit.

I can't quite believe I have never done an
OOTD post before, and thought it was about time I did before I can no longer
wear my favourite summer clothes. Seeing as it is my first post, I had to incorporate
one of my favourite trends, monochrome! Although, I have to say at the moment due
to typical British weather we are experiencing, I never know how to dress. One
minute its bitter cold and windy, yet the next it’s warm and sunny.

So for today’s outfit I decided to wear very comfy, yet on trend Aztec
print joggers. I never thought I would be a fan of these style trousers, but I
guess you can grow to love. These trousers manage to hang well, without looking
'baggy' making them a must item in your summer wardrobe.
I paired these trousers with a crop top,
which in my opinion creates the best look. This makes it a perfect summer
outfit. However, to join the autumnal weather we have been experiencing, it
could be paired with a long sleeved top or even a jumper.
To finish this look, I added a lace
cardigan to contrast patterns and add to the monochrome vibe. Obviously, my
pops of colour are found in my nail polish and lipstick, creating the perfect
look whilst moving through the transition of summer to autumn.

I can't quite believe I have never done an OOTD post before, and thought it was about time I did before I can no longer wear my favou...
You probably don't know this about me, but I love a good statement necklace. However, what you may know is that I love all that is black and white. Matching these two trends together create such beautiful outfits as you are drawn straight to your attention seeking necklace, without discarding the rest.
I thought it was only time I introduced you to my favourite
statement necklaces for the summer.
1. I think it's safe to say this necklace is my favourite at the
moment! Mainly because I'm obsessed with the colour, but also because I love
the beaded detail and how the silver works really well, making it suitable for
day or night. This design also stands out a lot more than most of my necklaces
due to the rope silhouette/shape, which does not make look too 'bulky' (something I'm
sure most people have dealt with).
2. Another favourite is a new purchase which I haven't stopped
wearing since. I know I'm late to join the band wagon here, but I was quite
reserved when it came to the chain necklaces. I never quite understood the
craze until I came across this beauty from Forever 21. I really like the colour
gold, as many can look quite brassy and unnatural. But also the overall shape
and material. Warning- It’s extremely heavy! Unlike many which are made from
plastic or are hollow, this is definitely made from metal. If you cannot tell by
the look, you definitely can by the weight.
